Once I place my order, how long is it before it is shipped?

Our turnaround time is normally one to two days, depending on the time of year.

 

How will my order be shipped to me?

We ship via USPS. Samples orders are shipped regular post. All other orders are USPS priority (tracking information available)

 

Can I place an order other than through your website?

Do I need to pay sales tax?

If you reside in California, you will be charged the applicable sales tax.

 

What is your refund policy?

At Malia B. we are committed to offering the best beauty products with the finest ingredients along with excellent Customer Care. We do offer a samples program, so you can “try before you buy”. Due to the nature of the products, once they are opened/used they are non-returnable. On unused/unopened items we accept returns within 14 days of purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

What if my shipment arrives damaged?

Upon delivery if you notice any of your products are damaged, we will gladly either replace them or provide a refund. Please advise us immediately at info@maliab.com.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, AMEX and Discover. For phone orders, 

we accept Mastercard, Visa and AMEX. 

 

Are your products cruelty free?

All of Sharon Bolton Scents products are definitely cruelty free. We Luv our animals!
